Saleh Anwar El Aalem

FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Saleh has lived in Dubai for 25 years, during which he has become an expert in Dubai administration. He owns a company that specializes in navigating the intricacies of Dubai’s regulatory environment, providing essential services to businesses and individuals.

As a professional financial investor, Saleh has a keen eye for lucrative opportunities. His strategic insights have led to numerous successful investments across various sectors. Additionally, his expertise in business development has facilitated the growth and expansion of multiple enterprises, both in Dubai and internationally.

Balazs DR. GYEBROSZKI

MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Balázs graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2013. From 2011 to 2020, he worked at a major Hungarian law firm, and from 2017, after obtaining his bar exam, he served as a collaborating attorney.

In 2020, he founded his own law firm in Budapest, which currently operates as a legal partnership with a team of four. The firm primarily focuses on real estate law, commercial law, consumer protection law related to online services, and technology law. Their client base includes financial institutions, tech companies expanding into international markets, and real estate investments.

Balazs has a remarkable know-how about the administration in Europe, enhanced with a wide network of experts in the IT, legal, business and chemical industry sectors.

Since 2023, Balázs is also working in the sustainability sector, specialized in ESG (environmental, social, governance) compliance matters.

In addition to deepening his knowledge of Hungarian law, Balázs strives to gain relevant international experience in management and business consulting.

In recent years, he has been intensively involved in legal and business management for an entertainment project in Las Vegas, USA.

Balazs also works on several IT Projects all around the world.
